Q: Is it cold in the museum and tour? A: No, the facility is room temperature in the museum.
Q: When are you carving ice in the freezer? A: Our production varies, so it is hard to tell. Generally, 12 noon-3 PM on Wednesday and Thursday are our busiest ice carving times. However, we strongly recommend that you call on the morning you plan to visit and we may be able to better guide you.
Q: What is the largest sculpture you've made? A: The largest display we create is Crystal Cabin Fever, a 100-ton ice display held here on the Sculpted Ice Works property. See crystalcabinfever.com for more info.
